How to delete your account
The best approach to delete your account is to use the “Delete Account”-Button in our app. You can find the delete button by clicking: Settings (Cog in the top right corner of the home screen) > Account section > Scroll down > Below Logout is the “Delete Account“-Button.
- All your user-based information is immediately deleted from our serves if not otherwise required by law or to prevent fraudulent activities. Please view our privacy policy for additional information.
- Data that needs to be kept by law, is deleted within the legal required time frames.
- We might keep information about user-based consumption of our third party services, if necessary. This information will be anonymized or deleted within the legal time limits.
If you prefer to not delete your account via our app. You can also delete your account by sending us an email:
- Please use “Account Deletion *your username*” or “Account deletion *your account email*” as the subject line, so we can identify your account.
- Please ensure that the email your are sending from, is the same as the email of your abblino account. Differing email addresses can’t be deleted.
- Send your deletion request to: support@abblino.com
- We take care of your deletion as soon as possible
